Refund policy
We are committed to providing quality products. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
Return conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Dissatisfaction after use.
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
If a return is approved:
- A replacement item or store credit will be issued.
- Cash refunds are provided only in exceptional cases at management’s discretion.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
